Fix Push Notification Problem of your iPhone
To Fix Push Notification Problem we will use SAM (Subscriber Artificial Module), which allows us to activate iPhone using legitimate certificates generated through iTunes. This Helps you get fully working push notifications, FaceTime and iMessage (iOS 5 only). This Problem is consistent with iOS 5 updates & can be used in case Push notifications stop working due to any other reason on iOS 5 or above.
You will need a jailbroken, already-hacktivated iPhone 4/iPhone 3GS, with Cydia up and running
1. Launch Cydia, & go to Manage>Edit>Sources, adding this repo: http://repo.bingner.com
9. Next Reboot your iPhone again and sync once more with iTunes, Remember this is the second time your rebooting & Syncing also make sure that you have Free working WiFi (Free or Paid make sure you have it ) connection with active internet access. Now launch iPusher, Tap on Test Push Notifications & Should you see the below screen, That Says ” Yay, Push Notifications Work Fine” Its DONE…Bang !!! you are good to go.
This Procedure will make your Push Notification Start working again & in order to get smooth Push Notification for FaceTime & iMessages , Deactivate & activate both services. ReSpring your device once to get things refreshed. Also check your Twitter, facebook Push Notifications after the successful operation to make sure you get notifications for everything.

Just in Case
ActivationState: WildcardActivated means the phone has legitimate apple activation. FactoryActivated means the phone is hacktivated.
SAMState: Loaded OK means the perferences module is able to communicate with the module loaded in lockdownd. If it says“Waiting for response…” it probably means SAM couldn’t load for some reason.
Backup Activation: Backs up your activation record in an encrypted format to a server. This is necessary before Restore activation will work, and will only work if your phone is WildcardActivated.
De-Activate iPhone: This will clear out activation records so that you can obtain a new activation from iTunes. This will not work if a hacktivation is still loaded, since the hacktivation will immediately cause it to revert to FactoryActivated, if this happens you should “Revert Lockdownd” then De-Activate again.
Clear Push Sessions: This will clear out any push certificates and sessions, you will need to obtain a new cert from iTunes after running this before push will work again. You should only use this if you are WildcardActivated.
Revert Lockdownd to Stock: Removes any modifications from Lockdownd (read: Removes hacktivation)
Enable: Enables/Disables SAM reporting a fake SIM card to lockdownd.
Regenerate SIM: Randomizes any values not specified directly and reports to lockdownd that a new SIM has been inserted. This can be useful if you are on Auto Detect and the SIM was not valid for activation, if you try this a few times you could get lucky.
